Amir*, age 36, graduated from a mid-western Medical University about a year before joining AA-Careers.   Unfortunately, he had some issues with the State Board, and was waiting for the issue to be resolved in court.  In the meantime, in his DIY job search he had mailed out hundreds of resumes, and was told repeatedly that he was either over or under qualified. Amir’s campaign started in August, with Paul Davis, AACareers V.P. of Client Services as his career consultant.  His campaign was completed in early November when Amir accepted a position as Clinical Director, for a Clinical Studies Group in the Bay Area, in Biotech field at a starting salary of $100K.
